At 360 Health + Community we enhance the lives of as many people as possible through health and social services.
As a registered charity, we use the profits from our private allied health and counselling services, specialist GP clinics and in-home support business to provide free and low cost health and community programs to those who need them most.
While our day-to-day is delivering these brilliant services all across the state, our ultimate goal is to contribute to building a stronger and more collaborative health system: one that connects the health and social sectors, one that supports smaller community organisations and one that helps keep people out of hospital.
To do this, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services, partner with others and innovate on our service models. Our work culture is one of continual improvement, searching for opportunity and, above all, collaboration. Our staff have the opportunity to influence our ways of operating, contribute to developing new health and community programs and be a key part of the future of WA health, while receiving benefits such as salary sacrificing, health care discounts and access to employee assistance programs.
The future of our organisation looks brighter still. We’re expanding our work in communities by partnering with more local organisations, in the opening stages of setting up a charitable Foundation and working closely with Murdoch Uni to develop an innovative set of outcomes standards to measure our services’ effectiveness.
