Exercise Physiology Joondalup

Are you looking for an exercise physiologist in Joondalup, Currambine or Edgewater?

Our exercise physiologists works one-on-one with you to develop personalised exercise plans and exercise rehabilitation plans based on your goals, health and injury history. This is done through in depth exercise assessments such as aerobic, strength, endurance, range of motion, manual muscle testing, posture, gait and functional testing.

An exercise physiologist is very different to a personal trainer in that they have completed a four year university degree and use their deep understanding of the links between exercise and health to treat injuries and chronic or complex conditions such as:
•    Diabetes
•    Weight loss/obesity
•    Heart disease (heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and high cholesterol)
•    Musculoskeletal conditions (injury, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis)
•    Cancer
•    Mental health

Our exercise physiologists will always start treatment by gaining an understanding of your body, health risk factors and past injury and medical history, before setting exercise goals, building an exercise plan or exercise rehabilitation plan to achieve them and undertaking regular progress reviews to keep you on track to better health.

Why choose a 360 exercise physiologist?

Our Joondalup exercise physiologists provide health care that helps.
We help you.

We're the only health organisation that hopes you don't have to come back! Our outcomes framework, in development with Murdoch Uni, will ensure we measure ourselves against how quickly we can get you the results you need, rather than how many services we can deliver. That means you can get on with the more important things in life, as quickly as possible.

You help others.
As a charity, our profits are used to help provide free and low cost services to people across WA who need them most. These services currently include over 80 programs addressing a range of health and social issues, such as 360 Street Doctor, a mobile GP clinic which provides free services to marginalised communities.
